There is nothing like getting hosed at work and you can't do anything about. It just get sucks that you can't turst you boss at work, of course most people I would believe don't trust there boss at work, but it still sucks when they hose you for something that they had been preping you for they take a good weeks work or in some cases more and just throw it out the window and hose you on what you have been working for or at the least at over the past feww weeks and throws it out the window and they don't even tell you untill the new person walks in the door. Hell you think you are unloading your new used desk and then when you get it all set up for what is going to be your new job or duties at work you find out that none of it is going to be yours it's you just got hosed and now you got to work with the new guy and your not happy, but you can't stay anything because right now your pissed and you don't want to upset set the boss that just hosed you the guy who told you that it was small company and the chance to move up it there and could come with in the next your and he hoses you to no end but then again that is life and you are forever going to get hosed and your always going to have to find away to deal with it and you know it just suck and I hate when that happens to anyone. Been there and am there. It's been a couple of bad weeks for me and getting hosed at work is just the newst of things to happen of late it always sucks and it just keeps happening to everyone at any given moment, but you know we just keep going forward and I'm just going to go with the flow and hope I don't have to teach my new boss how to do his job or anything else, but knowing me and that way things have going in the past going to have to do it and carry thios new guy for a week or two untill he get's his feet under him and starts to run things his way which suck because it's not you way or the way that things have been going for the past years. got to live with, but then again you just got hosed.
You know the fun thing sometimes about being me is that even though I get hosed at work I keep on going and do my job in some cases even better then before and with out regards as to what is going on. I see the new boss and keep moving along. I work a little more independed then before yet I still do as he asked and in this case so does the guys who work with me. they follow my lead just a little to well not only because they see that i got hosed but so did they. I shows them that moving up in a small company is a lot harder then it should be. now i have been only with the company for just under a year but the company has grown a lot and yet I have not move much in that year as a matter of fact I have taken a step back from what I have learned and I have to forget it what I have learned back to less then step one, but you know that is the way things go sometimes when you get hosed. I really do hate getting hosed and I think just moving forward is what you need to do and have the new boss try and do his job with as little support from us as need, I mean Hell he is the boss and should know what needs to be done not asking me or the other guys that work for him. we may know the system and how it works and the changes that come with it but hell you shouldn't be asking us how it works you the boss you should know how it work, it's not my job to tell you how to do your job and you should have a plain or at lest an Idea of what to do when the head boss tells you to do/change something don't come running to me for Ideas I might have a few hunders on what to do and how to do it but it's your job to come up with a plain and tell me what you want done. with the company growing liking it is I have no idea of what to do, I'm just the second rung from the bottom on the ladder you are higher to the top then me, get off your ass and come up with a plain and make it happen don't ask me to do it it's not my job, just because every one looks to me because I know what the hell I think I might be doing it's not my job to come up with Ideas and make it happen it's yours but it's all part of being hosed and having people see it and know that it was wrong amd yet still look to me for what the hell are we doing. to me I just go don't look at me I'm not the boss and besides I just make stuff up as I go along I never really have a plain to begin with, and hell I just got hosed, what the hell do I care. it's not my job it's his.
