today in history..

More thing of the past...

You know I have become intrested in what as happened in the past on fridays these day really beacause it's on of the few days I get the paper to read and the small secetion on this day in history is intresting to read to see how far back they go and when they stop. Some times they will take us all the way to a year ago, so it's always intresting and today I guess can be one of the few days I fell can be spechil to me even though that it happened more then 800years ago...

1189 England's King Richard I (The lion-hearted) was crowned in West-minster Abbey.

Now I know many people have there miss forgivings about there Problems with Richard for his long war in what was know as the Holy land and the way his land where managed well begining away, but in the end you have to know he was a great man and he always did what was right for his people well he was in his country to run it and even on his death he was genrious to the person who shoot the arrow that killed him even if his dieing wish where not followed out.

1609 English explorer Herry Hudson and his crew aboard the Half moon entered present day New York Harbor and began sailing up the river that now bears his name.

So we get people sailing all over the place and new world as it know and it just been found for over hundered years now because even though Columbus found an island in 1462 the mainland still took time for it to be found and even then it took longed to set a long lasting seattlment on it, so they sent people to sail up and down the east coastto find new and great places to land and sailing in land was what was one of the best things they could think of doing good idea that way they could hide from any one who might attack them.

Ok so we get the great King Richard I being crowed and then just a little under 500 years later I don't know what people called Cromwell anymore because I sure as don't have anything for you but he died on the same day so a happy beginning and a sad ending I guess..

Hey look the war is over so we can all relax and know we are a free people and no longer subjects to the crown. a good sixhundered years after the great king Richard is Crowned, but you know he has been dead for years so it doesn't really matter what he thinks of the situation, but hey as long as the war is over we can try and put this country together and start are own gravence to the people who are over taxing us, but then we did ask for these's taxs and where not just put on us by some greedy king across the ocean.

Hey look at that we ended on war over 150years ago and then another one starts, but the question here is intresting did the Germany's sink the liner before or after the decleartion of War because if it was before then Germany fired the first shot's for what was to become the second world war. Now if it was after well then the Germany's didn't know what they where firing at and where just start the war., but then I guess why did it take so long for the world to react in most cases when it come to this because the Nazi's had been taking ove small country for a few years ahead of this but once they made a move on Poland the world went nut's. Why did they world go nut's when they made this move. Above all others why now why when he invaded Poland do we care. why not a hell of a lot eariler. I mean he was already on a good killing streak so why and start to stop him know..

Is it me more is it that the U.S. is the only one sending crap out in to space to look at other plantes. I mean we went to the moon in a race agaiest the Russians and then we started to send crap to other plants to see what the hell they looked like, so either we are tring to beat everyone else to every plant out there or we are the only ones that want to go way out into space.

Well thats all the paper has they stop over 30years ago so I guess that either means they didn't have enough room for thee rest of the stuff that happened the last 34years or nothing has happened on this date in the past 34years. which is kind of sad.

So let me get this straight another BP oil platform in the gulf explodes, but in this case no major oil spill was do. Hey give these guy some credit they managed to stop another major spill in the gulf and they all lved throw thank you, but what is up with BP blowing things up in the gulf, do they just want to keep spending money or are they tring to tell us to stop doing oil drilling in the gulf because it's way to dangious. you know either way they got to stop exploding crap out there it can't be good for anyone these days..
